Ron has been in the retail and apparel industry for almost 20 years, holding various senior level roles in Buying, Merchandising and Product Development with companies such as Gap, Levis, Gymboree, Williams & Sonoma, and Quicksilver, among others. Ron, along with his wife Tricia are Co-owners/founders of ASMBLY HALL, a Men's and Women's apparel and accessories boutique located in San Francisco's historic Fillmore District, where Ron is also the President of the Fillmore Merchants Association.

Ron and Tricia recently celebrated the 5 year anniversary of their shop and partnered with San Francisco Mayor Ed Lee to kick-off the the Mayor's 'Shop & Dine in the 49' campaign - an initiative to bring shopping and spending back into SF's diverse neighborhoods to support local businesses. Ron and Tricia's biggest achievement to date are being the proud parents of their zany, almost 2 year old toddler, Harlow Sloane.
