Internship Program

  • Anyone is welcome to apply, however we do have a few varying requirements depending on which role one applies to.

To learn more about these role requirements, please refer to the Program Overview page.

  • We tend to only hire the top 10% of the applicant pool. Prospective applicants will go through a first round interview and second round sample assignment.

  • Interns must have access to a computer and hi-speed internet in order to participate in this internship program

  • We do require interns to be able to work within PST working hours in order to attend our online meetings. Remote interns have the flexibility to work anywhere, but are required to follow our PST business hours. These meetings will typically take place Monday to Fridays, 10am-6pm.

  • Interns have the freedom and flexibility to choose their own work hours, but are required to attend weekly cohort meetings, 1:1s with their manager and their mentor. They will experience the internship as a cohort, growing with fellow interns and working together as a team.

  • Interns are paid a $500 monthly stipend, paired with mentors in their fields, and are given workshops in the specialized areas of marketing taught by industry professionals.

  • All interns are expected to work around 10-15 hours per week. With the exception of recurring mandatory meetings (workshops, project meetings, etc.) that occur within business hours, interns are able to coordinate their schedules and work asynchronously.

  • Many of the graduates go on to get full-time jobs in their fields. We have hired 1 graduate and have tapped many others for contract projects. We actively connect graduates and alumni of the program to contract projects with our network of entrepreneurs we serve or other mission driven non-profits.

  • To succeed in this role, interns must have the strong desire to use their skills for the greater good, are community-oriented, as well as highly organized in order to work a remote role.
